Volleyball Recap: Ware County Turns Things Around After Road Loss + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Ware County, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bradwell Institute Tigers on Thursday. The Gators were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Tigers, so the Gators were just returning the favor.

Ware County easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-15.

Skyy Green paced Ware County's offense, picking up four kills. Green really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with four.

Ware County's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-3. As for Bradwell Institute, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-2.

Coincidentally, Ware County and Bradwell Institute will both be playing Georgia Christian the next time they take the court. The Tigers will head out to face the Generals at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Gators will play them later in the day, at 6:30 p.m.
