Football Game Preview: Lewis & Clark Tigers vs. Shadle Park Highlanders + How To Watch

The Lewis & Clark Tigers will face off against the Shadle Park Highlanders at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Lewis & Clark came into this matchup off a tough 41-point loss last Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Mt. Spokane by a score of 21-18 on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost seven in a row.

Meanwhile, Shadle Park fell victim to Gonzaga Prep and their airtight defense on Thursday. They had to suffer through a 63-0 loss at the hands of the Bullpups. While losing is never fun, the Highlanders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington football rankings (they are ranked 155th, while the Bullpups are ranked ninth).

Shadle Park's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Lewis & Clark, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Everything went Lewis & Clark's way against Shadle Park when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Lewis & Clark made off with a 31-7 victory. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Highlanders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
