Basketball Game Preview: West Field Longhorns vs. Ridgeline Riverhawks

The West Field Longhorns and the Ridgeline Riverhawks will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. West Field is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.4 points per game this season.

Last Thursday, West Field beat Northridge 45-37.

Among those leading the charge was Jaxon Slaugh, who went 6 of 12 en route to 18 points. Another player making a difference was Jordan Harrison, who posted 11 points and five rebounds.

Meanwhile, Ridgeline's undefeated season came to an end after six games on Saturday. They fell 65-55 to Hillcrest. The loss put an end to the Riverhawks' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Ridgeline fell to 6-1. As for West Field, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
