High Point suffers sixth straight loss at home

Recap: High Point Eagles vs. Glenelg Gladiators

This season hasn't been kind to the High Point Eagles, who are still winless after their fifth game. They fell 55-48 to Glenelg on Wednesday. High Point was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Glenelg apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2018.

Despite the loss, High Point still got an impressive performance from Kadan Solomonraj, who scored 24 points along with six rebounds and three blocks. Solomonraj scored a full 50% of High Point's points, the fifth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ibrahim Turay, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds and three blocks.

High Point bumped their record down to 0-5 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Glenelg, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.
