Recap: St. Charles Fighting Saints vs. Wabasha-Kellogg Falcons
The St. Charles Fighting Saints came into Thursday's contest having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They took down Wabasha-Kellogg 44-29 on Thursday. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win St. Charles has managed all season.
Wabasha-Kellogg's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Brielle Adams, who scored 17 points, and Mackenzie Paddock who scored two points along with 13 rebounds and five assists.
Even though they lost, Wabasha-Kellogg smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. This was only their 14th loss (out of 17 games) when they hit their own glass that hard.
St. Charles' victory bumped their record up to 2-21. As for Wabasha-Kellogg, their loss dropped their record down to 3-20.
