Softball Preview: Benet Academy Redwings vs. Nazareth Academy Roadrunners
Benet Academy has won four straight games at home, while Nazareth Academy has won four straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Wednesday. The Redwings will welcome the Roadrunners at 4:30 p.m. Benet Academy knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Nazareth Academy likes a good challenge.
On Tuesday, Benet Academy needed a bit of extra time to put away Waubonsie Valley. They came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 12-7. The win continues a trend for the Redwings in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won three in a row.

Alaina Rosner was incredible, going 3-for-6 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI. Those three runs gave her a new career-high. Margaret Carr was another key player, going 2-for-6 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
