Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Lake Mary

Lake Mary won the last time they faced Oviedo and things went their way on Tuesday too. Lake Mary came out on top against Oviedo by a score of 3-1. The win was nothing new for the Rams as they're now sitting on four straight.

Lake Mary had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-20, 25-19, 25-19.

Lake Mary was led to victory by Hyland Huston and Will Colon. Huston had 25 assists and six digs, while Colon had 15 digs and two aces. Those six digs gave Huston a new career-high.

Lake Mary pushed their record up to 8-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Oviedo, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.

Lake Mary has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Bishop Moore on the 27th. As for Oviedo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Lake Brantley on the 26th.
