Softball Game Preview: Pinnacle Panthers vs. Piute Thunderbirds

Pinnacle is preparing for their first region matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will host the Piute Thunderbirds at 3:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Pinnacle came up short against Monticello on Friday, falling 18-2. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Piute's offense. They lost 19-0 to Altamont on Friday.

Piute dropped their record down to 3-7 with the loss, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Pinnacle, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
