Lutheran South's win ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-4-1. As for Whitfield, their loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.
Lutheran South will square off against Republic at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Whitfield, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Principia at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
