Baseball Recap: Western Yell County Comes Up Short

Western Yell County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 22-0 to the Scranton Rockets. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Wolverines haven't been shut out since back in March.

Western Yell County's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Scranton, they pushed their record up to 6-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Rockets beat Western Yell County by a score of 22-1 later that day.
