Soccer Game Preview: Graham vs. Bridgeport

Graham hasn't had much luck against Bridgeport recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Steers will host the Bulls at 6:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Having struggled with five losses in a row, Graham turned things around against Abilene back in January. They and the Eagles finished up their match with a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Graham's first draw of the season.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Bridgeport was not quite Eagle Mountain's equal in the second half two weeks ago. They fell just short of the Knights by a score of 1-0. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Bridgeport came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 100th, while Eagle Mountain are ranked 365th).

Graham's draw gives them a new season record of 1-7-1. As for Bridgeport, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-2.
