Atchison led Kansas City-Atchison in scoring this week after putting up 28 points on Atchison.

Schlagle made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,941 from 8,934.

The Redmen's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tanner Huntington threw for 307 and three touchdowns and Wade Gassmann had 120 yards receiving. On the ground Patrick Boos chipped in 19 yards. Jered Ross helped Atchison's passing attack out by catching two balls for 96 yards.

6-foot-3 quarterback Huntington of Atchison is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1441. He has also thrown 19 touchdowns. On the ground, the Stallions' J'veyon Browning has rushed for 1070 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Deon Tripp. The Sumner Academy star has 28 catches for 631 yards.

The longest pass in the league this week came courtesy of Jim Smith's team's Huntington. The Redmen lost to Tonganoxie when he connected with Ross on a 89-yard throw and catch.
