Lafayette was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Bishop LeBlond Eagles, falling 3-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Lafayette was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-16, 25-5.

Lafayette's defeat dropped their record down to 7-18-1. As for Bishop LeBlond, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 26-4-1.

As of now, neither Lafayette nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
