Softball Recap: Beaverton Takes a Loss

Beaverton managed to slip by Bullock Creek the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Beavers lost 13-1 to the Lancers on Tuesday. The Beavers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lancers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2016.

Beaverton saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jadyn Bair, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Beaverton has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season. As for Bullock Creek, the win got them back to even at 9-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beaverton will face off against Ogemaw Heights at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bullock Creek, they will take on Shepherd at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
