Basketball Recap: Patterson Mill Makes It Seven in a Row on the Road

Patterson Mill extended their road winning streak to seven games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Rylie Madsen. Patterson Mill blew past the Elkton Golden Elks, posting a 64-24 win thanks in part to Madsen, who posted 25 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Those 25 points gave her a new career-high.

The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Marchena, who had six points. Marchena is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Patterson Mill's record is now 3-0. As for Elkton, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Patterson Mill won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Bel Air at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Elkton, they will welcome Rising Sun at 7:00 p.m. on December 19th.
