On Thursday, the Dreyfoos School of the Arts Jaguars's game was all tied up 25-25 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They secured a 46-41 W over Sports Leadership & Management. The win made it back-to-back wins for Dreyfoos School of the Arts.
Tyson Jimerson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Dreyfoos School of the Arts' points. Zidane Guerrier was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Dreyfoos School of the Arts now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Sports Leadership & Management, they bumped their record down to 3-8 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dreyfoos School of the Arts will square off against Pine at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sports Leadership & Management on the road again on Friday and play against Santaluces at 7:00 p.m. on January 12th. Santaluces is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak.
