Soccer Recap: Fasman Yeshiva Comes Up Short

Fasman Yeshiva was not able to break out of their rough patch on Sunday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 4-1 to the Rochelle Zell Jewish Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Rochelle Zell Jewish this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Fasman Yeshiva's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Rochelle Zell Jewish, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-7-1 record this season.

Fasman Yeshiva will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Cristo Rey Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on the 16th. As for Rochelle Zell Jewish, they will square off against Westmont at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
