The defeat was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 22-3. As for Northwestern, their loss dropped their record down to 6-15.

Everything came up roses for Indian Land against Northwestern in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as the squad secured an 83-52 win. In that game, Indian Land amassed a halftime lead of 42-18, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
