Basketball Recap: Rutherford Takes a Loss

Rutherford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 35-23 to the Glen Rock Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 44-20 back in December of 2024.

Rutherford's defeat dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Glen Rock, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

Coming up, Rutherford will be playing at home against Cresskill at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Glen Rock, they will head out to face off against Saddle River Day at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
