Baseball Recap: Milford Eagles vs. Badin Rams
Milford extended their losing streak to three on Wednesday, dropping their season record down to 13-11 in the process. They lost 14-2 to the Badin Rams. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 10-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2023.
Milford saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sam Kiger, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.
As for Badin, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 23-5. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 matches by seven runs or more this season.

At the plate, Austin Vangen was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Luebbe, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI.
Coming up, Milford will face off against Loveland at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 8.1 runs per game this season. Badin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
