McLean lost on Friday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Stran Henderson, who rushed for 135 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.1 yards per carry, and also caught a touchdown. Wyatt Hagler was another key player, rushing for 52 yards and two touchdowns.
McLean now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Claude, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McLean will challenge Boys Ranch at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
