Everglades not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 24, 2024. Everything went their way against the Franklin Academy Panthers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Gators as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Everglades not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Franklin Academy between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-16, 25-17.

Everglades picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-6. As for Franklin Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

Coming up, Everglades will head out to take on St. Thomas Aquinas at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Franklin Academy, they will welcome Cristo Rey at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
