For the first time this season, Northfield will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will take on the Thomas Jefferson Spartans at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Northfield and Denver South faced off in a cross-town battle on Friday. The Nighthawks walked away with a 10-3 victory over the Ravens. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Nighthawks.

Everything came up roses for Northfield against Thomas Jefferson when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 39-7 win.
