Volleyball Game Preview: Canton Little Giants vs. Limestone Rockets

Canton hasn't had much luck against Limestone recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Little Giants will look to defend their home court against the Rockets at 7:00 p.m.

Canton saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lewistown.

Meanwhile, Limestone strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against Pekin by a score of 2-0.

Limestone easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-17.

Canton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Limestone, their victory bumped their record up to 17-0.

Canton couldn't quite get it done against Limestone in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Little Giants avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
