Basketball Game Preview: Wahkiakum Mules vs. Three Rivers Christian Eagles

Having just played yesterday, the Wahkiakum Mules will head out on the road to face off against the Three Rivers Christian Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wahkiakum has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 185 points over their last three games.

On Monday, Wahkiakum escaped with a win against Kalama by the margin of a single free throw, 58-57.

Meanwhile, Three Rivers Christian played a tough contest on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Pe Ell and fell 73-24. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 32-4.

Three Rivers Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Wahkiakum, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Wahkiakum against Three Rivers Christian when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 78-33 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wahkiakum since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
