Volleyball Recap: Wawasee Comes Up Short

Wawasee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the West Noble Chargers, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-7, 25-7.

Darcy Ritchie was the offensive standout of the contest as she had six digs and two aces.

Wawasee's defeat dropped their record down to 4-25. As for West Noble, they are on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 18 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-2 record this season.

Wawasee will take on NorthWood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Noble, they will head out to take on Prairie Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
