Basketball Recap: South Caldwell Extends Winning Streak to Three

South Caldwell put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the West Caldwell Warriors with a sharp 44-24 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 42-26 last Friday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead South Caldwell to victory, but perhaps none more so than Addison Whitman, who posted 12 points. Holland Weisner was another key player, putting up 11 points.

South Caldwell's record now sits at 3-0. As for West Caldwell, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Caldwell will head out to challenge East Burke at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Caldwell, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Wilkes Central at 6:00 p.m. on December 2.
