Basketball Recap: South Effingham Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

South Effingham had won two straight games and Michael Hall did his part to make it three on Saturday. The Mustangs came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 65-64 W against the First Preparatory Christian Academy Highlanders with plenty of help from Hall, who shot 57% from the field to rack up 20 points. He has been hot recently, having posted 20 or more points the last three times he's played.

Quinton Williams was another key player, putting up 13 points along with seven boards and three blocks. South Effingham is 3-1 when Williams posts three or more blocks, but 3-6 otherwise.
