Oswego and Minooka are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2018, but not for long. The Panthers will square off against the Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Oswego sitting on three straight wins and Minooka on seven.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Friday. Oswego walked away with a 2-0 victory over Washington.

Meanwhile, Minooka sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Bolingbrook on Thursday.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Minooka got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 19-25, 25-21.

Oswego's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Minooka, their win bumped their record up to 15-6.

Oswego beat Minooka 2-0 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
