Football Game Preview: Northeast vs. Van Horn

After having lost a blowout to Lincoln College Prep in their previous match, Northeast were happy to find some success last Friday. Northeast had just enough and edged out Harmon 16-14. The win was a breath of fresh air for Northeast as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, if Van Horn were riding high off their 58-0 takedown of Bishop Ward two weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. Van Horn lost to Center by a decisive 6-21 margin. Van Horn's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Northeast's victory lifted them to 1-3 while Van Horn's defeat dropped them down to 3-1. Northeast caused 3 turnovers against Harmon, so Van Horn will need to take especially good care of the ball.
