Volleyball Preview: Hudson Hawks vs. North Middlesex Regional Patriots
Hudson has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against the North Middlesex Regional Patriots at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2018, but likely not for long.
Last Tuesday, Hudson narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Groton-Dunstable 3-2.
Hudson wouldn't go down easily and took Groton-Dunstable into a fifth set where they got it done with a nine-point win. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-21, 16-25, 21-25, 15-6.
Meanwhile, North Middlesex Regional made easy work of Ayer Shirley on Friday and carried off a 3-0 win.
Hudson's record is now 4-8. As for North Middlesex Regional, their record is now 8-5.
