Anchor Bay hadn't beaten Romeo on the road since May 25, 2021 but that history sure didn't bother them on Thursday. The Tars had just enough and edged out the Bulldogs 4-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 back in April.

Anchor Bay has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. As for Romeo, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Anchor Bay will welcome Chippewa Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Romeo, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Utica at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
