Volleyball Preview: Mason Comets vs. Seton Saints
Mason and Seton are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2015, but not for long. The Mason Comets will head out to face off against the Seton Saints at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Mason comes in on 12 and Seton on five.
Last Saturday, Mason got the win against Sycamore by a conclusive 3-0.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 26-24, 25-20.
Meanwhile, everything went Seton's way against Roger Bacon on Saturday as Seton made off with a 3-0 win.
The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18, 25-15.
Grace Jones was nothing short of spectacular: she had 17 digs and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted in her last nine matches. The team also got some help courtesy of Sakura Codling, who had 11 digs.
Mason's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-4. As for Seton, their record is now 18-2.
