Softball Recap: Ripon Takes a Loss

Ripon lost against North Fond du Lac back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers lost 9-0 to the Orioles. The Tigers' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Ripon saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hayden Baker, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Ripon's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for North Fond du Lac, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-9.

Looking ahead, Ripon will head out to challenge Plymouth at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Fond du Lac, they will host St. Mary's Springs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
