Basketball Recap: South Warren Comes Up Short

South Warren lost to Bowling Green back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Spartans took a blow against the Purples, falling 67-30. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Spartans have suffered against the Purples since January 27, 2023.

South Warren's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Bowling Green, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-9.

South Warren has already played their next matchup (against Caverna), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Bowling Green, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 38-35 win against Logan County on the 7th.
