Softball Recap: Berlin Comes Up Short

Berlin fell victim to Waupun and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Warriors, falling 17-0. Having soared to a lofty 22 runs in the game before, the Indians' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Berlin's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Waupun, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-6.

Looking ahead, Berlin will be playing at home against Winneconne at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolves will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight. As for Waupun, they will head out to square off against Ripon at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
