Wali Thompson Game Report: vs Franklin Learning Center

West Philadelphia came out on top against Franklin Learning Center on Friday thanks in part to Wali Thompson's efforts. Thompson scored two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long.

Coming up, Thompson and West Philadelphia will face off against Martin Luther King at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. The Cougars will enter the matchup having just beaten Prep Charter, so the Speedboys will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
