Volleyball Recap: Dover-Eyota Victorious

Dover-Eyota's tournament run continued when they took on Nova Classical Academy on Saturday. The Eagles came out on top against the Knights by a score of 2-0.

Shelby Clark paced Dover-Eyota's offense, picking up eight kills. Clark got some help from Lauren Peck and her 22 assists. Anndi Frie controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Dover-Eyota's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Nova Classical Academy, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.

Dover-Eyota didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Le Sueur-Henderson on the 4th. Nova Classical Academy has also already played their next contest (against Alden-Conger), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
