Basketball Recap: Dale Skates Past Preston with Ease

Dale waltzed into their game on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Preston Pirates, posting a 68-41 victory. Dale has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 matches by 22 points or more this season.

Dale's win bumped their record up to 15-2. As for Preston, their defeat ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-4.

Dale will host Millwood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Dale has won five straight at home, while Millwood won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change. As for Preston, they will venture away from home to face off against Beggs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Preston is facing Beggs at the right time seeing as Beggs is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
