Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Myrtle Point). They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Eddyville Eagles 19-18. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bobcats considering their one-run performance the match before.

Myrtle Point's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Eddyville, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-4.
