Volleyball Recap: Montwood Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Raelyn Reyes and Isabella Meneses

Montwood lost against Johnson on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rams fell just short of the Jaguars by a score of 2-1. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Isabella Meneses and Raelyn Reyes certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Meneses had 12 digs and two assists, while Reyes had ten digs.

Montwood's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Johnson, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

Montwood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Chapin on the 19th. As for Johnson, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Pearce on the 16th.
