Recap: West Greene Buffaloes vs. Bartlett Panthers
On Tuesday, West Greene had to suffer through a rough 66-16 loss at the hands of Bartlett. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points West Greene has scored all season.
Bartlett's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kaylin Sheffield, who scored 16 points. Those 16 points set a new season-high mark for her. Dacarra Ward was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with four steals.
West Greene's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Bartlett, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.
West Greene will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on North Greene at 6:30 p.m. on January 6, 2024. Bartlett won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Daniel Boone at 1:30 p.m. on December 27th. Daniel Boone will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
