Basketball Game Preview: Etowah Blue Devils vs. St. Clair County Fighting Saints + How To Watch

Having just played yesterday, the Etowah Blue Devils will head out on the road to face off against the St. Clair County Fighting Saints at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Monday, Etowah came up short against Southside and fell 54-47. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Clair County hadn't beaten Pell City on the road since January 22, 2021 but that history sure didn't bother them on Monday. The Fighting Saints came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 59-47.

St. Clair County's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.3 points over those games. As for Etowah, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Etowah strolled past St. Clair County in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 by a score of 78-61. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Devils since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
