After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Our Lady Academy, West Marion was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the St. Patrick Fighting Irish 3-0. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Fighting Irish on September 2nd, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

West Marion's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-8. As for St. Patrick, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 20-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Marion will square off against Salem at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Patrick, they will venture away from home to face off against Resurrection Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
