Bloomington Central Catholic had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Monticello Sages. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Saints also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-19.

Bloomington Central Catholic's offense was headlined by Rosie Krenz and Kampbell Niepagen, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Josie Certa and her 20 assists. Kendall Fair controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Bloomington Central Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 30-5. As for Monticello, their loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 22-14.

Bloomington Central Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Monticello, they will be taking part in a tournament against Tri-Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
