Football Recap: St. Teresa Drops Highest Score of Season Against St. Bede

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Teresa). They blew past the St. Bede Bruins 45-22 on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won three matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.

Alex Garwood was nothing short of spectacular: he picked up 124 receiving yards and two TDs. Those 124 receiving yards gave him a new career-high.

St. Teresa didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Garwood and Tylinn Davis.

St. Teresa's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for St. Bede, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

As of now, neither St. Teresa nor the Bruins have any future games scheduled.
