Ridge Spring-Monetta has gone 8-2 against North recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Trojans will look to defend their home field against the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with six consecutive losses for Ridge Spring-Monetta and four for North.

Things were looking good for Ridge Spring-Monetta after they put the first run on the board on Friday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They lost 17-2 to Horse Creek Academy. That's two games in a row now that the Trojans have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Ridge Spring-Monetta saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zahid Rosas, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI. That hit was Rosas' first of the season.

Meanwhile, North didn't have quite enough to beat Wagener-Salley on Friday and fell 7-6.

Ridge Spring-Monetta's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for North, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Ridge Spring-Monetta came out on top in a nail-biter against North in their previous meeting back in April of 2025, sneaking past 14-12. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
