In what's become a running theme this season, Hillside gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They never let the Southern Durham Spartans onto the board and left with a 3-0 win. This was payback for Hillside, who suffered a 5-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Hillside's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-6-3. As for Southern Durham, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-7.
