Softball Recap: Immanuel Takes a Loss

Immanuel lost to Kerman on Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Immanuel saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Abigail Thomas, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles. Those doubles marked the first that Thomas has hit this season.

Immanuel's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Kerman, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Immanuel nor Kerman have any future games scheduled.
