The Homer Knights will head out on the road to challenge the Wakefield Trojans on Friday. Homer will be strutting in after a victory while Wakefield will be coming in after a loss.

Axton Caskey had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 136 yards and six scores. He didn't just play on offense: he also forced one fumble and made 12 total tackles. Homer also got a significant boost from Reed Modlin, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 86 yards.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Homer was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 242 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in October of 2024.
